Lead-acid batteries are safe, low cost, produced worldwide and fully recyclable.

Today’s lead-acid batteries are heavy and large compared to more advanced and expensive battery chemistries such as nickel and lithium-ion.

The introduction of patent pending GreenSeal® technology in to the lead-acid battery market will generate significant cost and weight advantages over today’s lead acid products allowing lead acid batteries to compete against the more expensive chemistries and in addition allow flexibility in packaging through novel shapes and high voltage mono-blocks.

Applications for GreenSeal® technology will include stationary applications such as smart grid, solar and wind backup power and motive application such as electric wheel chairs, e-bikes, golf cart, mining cars, floor scrubbers medical carts and electrification of vehicles.
